Meet Dr. G
Texas-born, Charlotte-raised — back home where it matters.
Dr. Peyman Gharavizadeh — Dr. G to his patients — was born in Texas, spent his early childhood in Europe, and grew up in Charlotte, where his family put down roots and built a life. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery at NYU College of Dentistry in New York City, he came home to be near family and to serve the community that raised him.
Soccer was his first love — and still is — but somewhere along the way Charlotte taught him to love basketball just as much. That same drive shows up in his work. Dr. G is deeply passionate about cosmetic dentistry and the surgical side of the craft, including dental implants, and has spent years refining both — because beautiful, lasting results take real skill, not shortcuts.
Outside the operatory, he's a photographer. He's quietly built a practice of blending dentistry and photography together — using imaging to educate patients, plan cases visually, and help bring the smile in their mind's eye to life. If you're considering a cosmetic case, expect to be heard, walked through your options carefully, and shown exactly what's possible before you ever sit in the chair.
Meet Dr. Debbs
Compassionate care, artistic craft.
Dr. Jenna Debbs is a compassionate general dentist with extensive training in cosmetic, restorative, and surgical care. A graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry with Invisalign certification, she completed a general practice residency at Northwell-North Shore University Hospital.
Drawing on her psychology degree from Boston University, Dr. Debbs uses her calm, gentle chairside manner to alleviate dental anxiety, blending a meticulous artistic touch with collaborative patient care to design dream smiles.
Outside the office, she brings that same creative energy to her personal life — whether she's unwinding and dancing to house music, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or exploring the local culinary scene.

Jaime
Lead Clinical Director
Jaime earned his DDS and MSc in Colombia and brings more than 20 years of experience in dentistry and orthodontics to the District team. He's happy to be in Charlotte and loves working alongside Dr. G — his expertise, combined with fluent Spanish, has helped educate patients and bridge the gap for our Latino community. In his free time, you'll find him cycling or running with his kids, taking walks with his wife, or cooking at home.

Dental Assistant
Chloe became a dental assistant to combine her love of helping people with her interest in healthcare — and it shows. She enjoys creating a welcoming experience for every patient and learning something new every day. Outside the office, you'll find her hiking with her dog Bruno or spending time with family.
