All memberships are annual agreements. Monthly amounts are provided for convenience and reflect the remaining balance after a one-time $150 down payment, divided into 11 equal monthly payments. How our plans work.
Is this insurance?
No. Our Wellness Plans and the Healthy Smiles Annual Program are in-house discount memberships paid directly to District Dentistry. They cannot be combined with dental insurance.
Can I use it the day I sign up?
Yes — there are no waiting periods, deductibles, or annual maximums. Once you're enrolled, your benefits start immediately at your first visit.
What if I need restorative work?
Members of the Healthy Smiles Annual Program automatically receive 10% off restorative dental treatment. Wellness Plan members receive up to 15% off additional treatment.
Can I pay monthly?
Wellness Plans can be paid in full upfront ($395 Child, $475 Adult, $825 Perio per year), or with a one-time $150 down payment plus 11 equal monthly installments. The Healthy Smiles Annual Program is a flat $499/year. We also offer CareCredit financing for larger treatment plans.
